I want to give back to those who give so much to our community. I want to be a hero to the heroes! I can do that in two ways:
- I can help our heroes find home as a Realtor®. I have the skills and resources to help heroes find homes.
- I can give back some of the money heroes spend on those homes!
It might not be much, but I’m more than willing to give 20% of my commissions back to heroes as my way of saying “Thanks for your service!”
So anyone using me as their Realtor® to find a new home who is one of these Hero classifications can take advantage:
- Active Military
- Veterans
- Law Enforcement
- Firefighters
- Medical Professionals
- Teachers
How much am I giving back? 20% of my commission! How much is that? Let’s say a hero buys a $1,000,000 dollar home (the average cost of a house in Los Angeles County). My commission is 2.5% of the sale price, which works out to $25,000. The hero home buyer’s 20% would be $5,000!
So if you know a local Hero in the Los Angeles area, make sure they see this page!
